I took my wife's car to them after a fender bender and the insurance company was being tricky. AutoKrafters did AMAZING work, I HIGHLY recommend them. They replaced the bumper, trunk, tail light, and fixed the side of the car. The car which is 9 years old, looks better than NEW! My family and I are customers for life!

EXCELLENT!!!! I just picked up my Toyota Avalon from Autokrafters on Rand. This company went ABOVE & BEYOND. They had to work with a sub standard insurance company from the person who hit me. They were GRACIOUS, ACCOMMODATING and did SUPERB WORK even though I don’t believe the sub standard insurer treated them fairly. My car was fixed with great care and quality. I was AMAZED to find they cleaned the car, the interior was vacuumed, the floor mats were washed and the dash and console were all cleaned like new. They worked well with my rental company and made it as easy on me as possible. FRIENDLY STAFF/OWNER, I cannot say enough good things about this experience. It was by far THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced anywhere in a long time. THANK YOU AUTOKRAFTERS ON RAND!!!

We've used Autokrafters in the past and recently had the occasion to use their services again for an insurance claim. Meticulous, high-quality work and very helpful with the claim process. Beyond the rear end repair, the car was returned with the interior cleaned and the tires dressed. They clearly went well beyond expectations. Highly recommended!!

I would like to thanks the shop for the great job they have done for me . I took estimates from 3 more shops , which where thousands more then what this shop gave me , all the others wanted to change a parts of my car that this shop didn’t .I would recommend this shop for their honesty .
